Hello, I am Margaret Partner, the mother of Patience, whose correct name is Promise. The recipe is from the late '70s from the Whole Wheat Trading Co., in Amherst, MA. This is the correct recipe: Combine some oil, vinegar, (red) onion , a little salt and dill weed with the warm, diced potatoes. Cool, then mix in a little mayo, some chopped olives, and the diced avocado. You can sprinkle with paprika and parsley. Serve on a bed of lettuce and/or alfalfa sprouts. Enjoy!
